4 med cooking apples, sliced (Jonathan, Yellow Delicious, or Grimes Golden work great!)
1/4 c real butter (no substitutes)
1/4-1/2 c brown sugar
1/4-1/2 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter, add sugar, apples, and cinnamon. Saute until apples are tender, 10-20 minutes. I think this recipe should be in desserts because it taste like apple pie!
