2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins

In separate bowls, whisk together the day and wet ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Fold in Oats and raisins - Mixture will be thick
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 º

Mom's oatmeal cookies were the only oatmeal cookies I would eat. I have never made them as she always made them for me. Also she added chocolate chips for me sometimes and they were good both ways.
