Elbow macaroni
Celery
Onion
Hard-boiled eggs
Mayo
A squirt of ketchup
A pinch of sugar
Chopped tomato for color if you would like

Boil elbow macaroni, cut up celery, onion and hard-boiled eggs. rinse macaroni and cool. add cut up items and mayo with a little ketchup, sugar if you want, & chopped up tomato for color. Gma never gave measurements

Grandma Krall would make these for all of her grandchild and we couldn't get enough! It was especially delicious in the summer and we would often eat it on small sandwich bread while playing old maid or other card games.
