Cottage cheese briquette 120 g
Flour whole wheat 80 g
Flour from rice 60 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sweetener to taste (i have coconut sugar 2 tsp)

Filling:
Butter 40g
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Sweetener to taste (i have coconut sugar 1 tsp)

Fudge:
Powdered milk 3 tbsp
Liquid milk 2 tbsp
Sweetener to taste (i have coconut sugar 1 tsp)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Ingredients for the dough mix and leave in the cold for 30 minutes.

2. For the filling, melt the butter, add the remaining ingredients, mix.

3. Roll out a layer of dough 0.5 cm thick, brush with a filling with a brush.

4. Twist the roll, cut into pieces 4-5 cm (get 10 pieces).

5. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 ’.

6. Mix all the ingredients for fudge.

7. Drizzle fondant warm cookies.
