1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup cold coffee
3-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2-1/2 cup raisins
1-1/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs. Stir in cold coffee.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Chill dough for one hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 8-10 minutes on lightly greased cookie sheet.
