3/4 cup margarine(01/2 sticks)
3 cups sugar
1 can (5oz.) evaporated milk
1 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 jar (7oz.) marshmellow cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Lightly grease a 9x13 or a 9x9 pan. Microwave margarine in a 4 qt. saucepan for 1 minute unil melted. Add sugar and milk. Microwave 51/2 minutes or until it lightly boils. Stir after 3 minutes. Add chocolate chips and stir. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in a dish and cool at room temperature.
