1 18 oz. package Oreo cookies (finely crushed in food processor)
1 8 oz, package of cream cheese softened
White and dark melting chocolate
Colored sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside,
Put Oreo cookies in food processor until finely crushed.
Add softened cream cheese until well mixed.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Chill until firm,

Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat until melted; cool slightly.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate; let excess drip back into pan.
Place dipped truffles on the baking sheet. If desired.decorate with colored sugar.
Chill truffles about an hour or until firm. Store covered in the refrigerator.
