6 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Onions Chopped
2 Cups Cremora
5 Cups Boiling Chicken Broth
2 medium potatoes sliced thins
2 medium carrots sliced thin
1/4 cup regular white rice uncooked
1 (10OZ) Pkg frozen asparagus or brocolli
1 (10oz) Pkg of frozen chopped spinach
1 Tablespoon of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy sauce pan, melt butter over low heat, add chopped onion. Cook until golden and tender.
Add Cremora and Boiling Chicken Broth all at once - beating with risk until smooth - add potatoes, carrots and rice. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

I can remember Mema making this. She must have liked it a lot because I can remember eating it a lot.
Doris just informed me one day she stopped making it cause she didn't like the Cremora.
