2 cups butter (4 sticks)
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sugar

2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 - 10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Combine together butter, brown sugar and sugar cream well

Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each

Add vanilla, baking soda and salt

Add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and chopped walnuts

Mix flour 2 cups at a time - you don't want the batter to be sticky and you don't want it to be dry. It is trial and error and the weather can make a difference.

Scoop onto the pan. I like to use a medium cookie scoop but you can use a spoons and make blobs.

Bake for 14 minutes - should be light brown. Best and easiest to bake on parchment paper.
