2 ¼ Cups Butter, Softened (4 ¼ sticks)
3 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
5 ¼ Cups Oatmeal
1 ½ Tsp Baking Soda
3 Tsp Salt
1 ½ Tsp Nutmeg
1 ½ Tsp Cinnamon
4 ½ Cups Flour
1 ½ Cups Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

Cream together butter and sugar.

Add eggs and mix well. Add mashed bananas and mix well

Add oatmeal and baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix

Add chocolate chips. Mix

Combine in 2 cups of the flour and mix. Now add the other 2 cups and mix

The batter will still be sticky but not super sticky - You may need to add up to 2 more cups of flour.

Try the recipe out to decide which cookie out-come you may like the best.

Bake for 14 minutes our until slightly brown on top. Best and easiest to bake on parchment paper
