1½ cups butter
4 tbsp water
4 eggs
2½ tsp baking soda
Andes Candies
3 cups firmly baked dark brown sugar
4 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
In a large saucepan over low heat, cook butter, sugar & water until butter is melted. Add chocolate pieces and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat & continue to stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into larger stand mixer bowl and let stand 10 minutes. At high speed, beat in eggs 1 at a time. Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients, beating until blended. Chill dough 1 hour. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. Roll teaspoons of dough into balls; place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake 12-13 minutes-no longer. Remove from over and place Andie candy on each hot cookie; allow to soften & swirl
