Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 Squares milk Chocolate (6. Oz.. semi sweet) chips are okay
1 c. Shortening. (Butter/margarine)
3 c. Sugar
2 ¼ c. Flour Sifted
1½ tsp. Baking Powder
1½ tsp. Salt
1½ tsp Vanilla
6 Eggs
1½ c. Nuts (Walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
1) melt chocolate & shortening; Remove from heat
2) stir in sugar & eggs beat until smooth
3) sift flour, baking powder, salt; and beat into chocolate mixture
4) add vanilla and nuts mix well

Spread in greased large cake pan 9X13 (don’t go smaller)
Bake at 350º F for 30-35 minutes.

Do not over bake - test with a toothpick until it comes out clean.

Expect cake to fall when done.

Cover with marshmallows or icing if desired.
