1 (14 oz) BAKER's Angel Flake Coconut ( 5+1/3 cups)
2/3 cup sugar
6 TB flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp almond extract
1 pkg (8 squares) BAKER's Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate . melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Mix coconut, sugar, flour & salt in large bowl.

Stir in egg whites & extract until well blended. Drop by TB spoons onto greased & floured cookie sheets.

Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to wire racks. Cool completely

Dip cookie halfway into melted chocolate. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate on waxed paper until chocolate is firm.
