Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 loaves of dried bread
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
3 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 tsp marjoram
4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 stick of margarine (melted)
1 1/3 cup of milk
1 cup to 1 1/3 cup chicken stock
1 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare bread by placing slices in large paper bag to dry. Let set for 3 to 4 week before doing stuffing. Mix in bag weekly to dry evenly.

Boil onions and celery in water until translucsent, then drain

In a very large bowl, tear dried bread into small pieces. Add milk, eggs, chicken stock, melted margarine, celery and onions and stir until moist. Add in small amounts of chicken stock as needed to get good consistency.(Sometimes I boil the onions and celery until translucent and freeze for later use)

Mix by hand until moist and combined. Taste and season to your own taste. May need more poultry seasoning. (Grandpa usually helps by tasting a spoonful)

Use this stuffing to fill a turkey or chicken. Use Roast Turkey Recipe with bird for cooking bird. If extra can place in a baking dish to bake separately.
