1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ½ Cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Cup Quick Oatmeal
1 Cup Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Place dough on wax paper to size, and shape of choice. Wrap with wax paper, then put in freezer. To bake slice dough and place on cookie sheet. Bake on 400º for 10 minutes.
