9 eggs 3 c. milk 1 1/2 t. salt 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional) 1 - 1.5 lbs. breakfast sausage 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 3 slices of bread
Brown & drain sausage. Stir together eggs, m ilk, salt, mustard. DO NOT BEAT. Break bread and drop in. Stir in sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
