1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chunky salsa or can of ro-tel
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. (8oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz) velveeta, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Stir in 2 3/4 c. water, salsa and chili powder. Bring to boil; stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer 10 min. or till water is absorbed. Add velveeta and stir till melted. Optional toppings of tortilla chips, green onions, tomatoes, and olives.
