2 c. cake flour or self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
½ c. oil
3 c. grated carrots

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz, Package cream cheese
½ c. butter
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
¾ c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Cake Directions
Sift flour, Sift again with other dry ingredients. Add eggs. Mix. Add oil. Mix. Fold in grated carrots. Divide batter between 2 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake 30 minutes in 350º oven.

Frosting Directions
Combine all ingredients until smooth.
