1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter melted & cool down
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 ¼ cup flour leveled
1 tsp salt
1 egg plus 1 yolk room temp.
1 cup chocolate chips (add more if you like)
* you can use mini chocolate chips about 2-3 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda & salt in medium bowl. In a mixing bowl add melted butter, brown sugar & sugar mix well.
Add vanilla, egg & egg yolk mix well then add flour to mixture mix well.
Then add chocolate chips.
Chill 2 hours
use table cookie scooper and place on cookie sheets.

Bake @ 375º for 7 to 8 minutes

You don't have to melt butter you can just cream the butter along with the ingredients.
