1 tube (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 t. almond extract
1 C fruit juice (like juice from canned fruit)
2 T. corn starch
1 C fresh blueberries
1 C fresh raspberries
1 C halved fresh strawberries
1 C kiwis

Directions:

Press cookie dough onto an ungreased 12-in pizza pan. or cookie sheet

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth.

Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on the tart.

Stir fruit juice into corn starch and heat until thickened. Drizzle on top of fruit.

Refrigerate until serving

Also, could use peaches, grapes, pineapple, etc.
