2/3 c. Cocoa
1 t. Baking Soda
1/4 t. Salt
1 c. Soft Butter
3/4 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Brown Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips

Mix together and drop by tablespoon on a cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 325º at high altitude. Every summer we have an annual cookie baking competition. The categories are best overall cookie, best shaped cookie, and most creative cookie. Kelly is the judge and the competition is fierce.
