5 cups blended oatmeal
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 8oz Hershey’s bar (grated)
24oz chocolate chips
3 cups chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey’s bar and nuts. Roll into ball, place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, 375 degrees.
