Boil and simmer guts from the turkey
In a jar, shake flour and water. Scoop of flour for 1/2 jar water.
Remove the turkey from the roasting pan keeping the drippings
Put pan on stove top on low heat
Empty the jar a little of the time to the drippings, stirring constantly
Season to taste.
