Round Steak
1 onion
Stewed tomoes
Rice
Flour
Garlic powder
Pepper
Celery salt
Oil
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Lay beef on cutting board, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper, and celery salt on both sides. Flour good and beat flour into the meat. Put oil in the skillet and fry sliced onion until golden brown.
Remove onion, brown steak on both sides.
Put onion and stewed tomato on top of steak. Put juice around steak and cook until tender.
Serve over rice.
