1 1/4 firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cups butter flavored Crisco (buy the sticks, it's less gross)
2 tbs milk
1 tbs vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips semi sweet (I usually do less)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Crisco, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl with a mixer. Beat until fluffy. Beat in egg. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and beat with mixer until JUST combined (it's important, I promise!). Add chips and mix with spoon. Put on cookie tray and bake 8-10 minutes.

I may be biased but I think these are the best chocolate chip cookies ever...try making one without any chocolate chips in it!
