1.5 pound package of ground beef
3 cans Brooks Chillie beans
Frozen or 2 large cans of tomatoes
onion
chili powder

Optional - hot peppers to taske

Brown ground beef in frying pan, add onion, salt, pepper, chili powder. Cook until ground beef is done.

In a large pot add cooked ground beef, tomatoes, hot peppers, and chili beans. Bring to a boil and then simmer for at least 15 minues. Can simmer longer.

Serve with soup crackers and cheese. Also excellent to make chili dogs too.
