1 lb. sausage,
6 eggs,
1 pt. half and half,
1/2 pkg. of sharp cheddar cheese (already grated),
6-8 slices of bread,
1 tsp. dry mustard,
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Cut the crust off the bread, butter it, and line the bottom of the pan with buttered bread. Cook and drain the sausage and spread over the bread. Spread the cheese over the sausage. Beat with a mixer eggs, half and half, dry mustard, and salt. Pour egg mixture over everything and refrigerate over night. Bake @ 350 for 30-40 min. (check @ 30 min to make sure it doesn't over cook)
