1 /12 lb. ground beef (can substitute ground turkey)
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
S & P
large squirt of mustard
3 dashes of worcheshire sauce

mix all together. Put in a baking pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
