Super Beefy Enchiladas Recipe

1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
12 flour tortillas
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Sour cream
Black olives

Combine cooked beef, taco seasoning, half the cheese and onion. Set aside. In saucepan, combine the soups and enchilada sauce, bring to boiling and turn off burner. Quickly dip tortillas in sauce. Divide meat mixture among tortillas, roll up. Place in rectangular pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Makes 6 servings. Garnish with black olives, sour cream and guacamole.
