2 lbs Hamburger
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
1 c Oatmeal
15 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 c. Ketchup
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix it with your hands until it feels "juicy". Top with ketchup to cover.

Bake at 350 for an hour uncovered.

This is what I wrote down while Mom made the recipe in our kitchen one night when they came to visit. I think the juicy part means add more ketchup if it doesn't feel juicy enough.

We sat down to eat it and Dad (Grandpa Cecil) says..that doesn't look like normal to which Grandma says yes, usually I use three pounds of hamburger.
