Quart freezer bags
Eggs
Cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, onions, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Break 2 (or more) eggs into a freezer bag. Close bag and "mush" eggs. Open and add favorite ingredients and seasonings. In a large pot of boiling water, immerse bag(s) of eggs and boil for 12-20 min. Check for doneness. Slide omlet onto plate and enjoy.
