1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 cup uncooked rice
1 chicken cut up, or your favorite pieces
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 soup can water

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13 x 9 dish and sprinkle the package of dried onion soup over the bottom. Then sprinkle the dry rice over that. Lay chicken on top of that layer. Pour the gumbo soup over the chicken and pour the soup can of water on top. Bake uncovered 325º for about 1 ½ hours. Don’t let it dry out.
