1 baked pie shell (regular or deep dish)
¾ pound lean ground beef
¼ cup chopped onions
1 4oz can of chopped green chilis
1 can 4oz mushrooms drained
3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs beaten
1 cup of milk
¼ t salt
¼ t garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until tender, drain fat. Sprinkle mixture into pie shell; top with green chilis and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings, mixing thoroughly. Pour over pastry shell. Bake in a 375º oven for 35 minutes or until set.
