6 large boneless Chicken Breasts
6 slices of bacon
1 pkg dried beef finely shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 4oz can mushroom stems and pieces drained
½ pkg of dried onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Wrap chicken breasts in bacon slices securing with skewers. Place them on the shredded beef that has been layered in a baking dish. Combine mushroom soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and dried onion soup. Pour this over the chicken and bake at 325º for 90 minutes or until tender.
