1 chicken cut up or use your favorite chicken pieces
½ cup evaporated milk
1 cup flour
2 t salt
¼ t pepper
1 t paprika
½ cup olive oil
1 can 16oz peach halves
1 can biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk, roll in the mixture of flour, salt,pepper and paprika.
Add the oil to 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken, skin side down in the pan. Baked covered for 40-50 minutes, basting twice with the olive oil.Turn chicken and pile in one end of the pan. Arrange drained peach halves on top of the chicken. Open the canned biscuits and put lay them in the other side of the pan. Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
