8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
2 cans (8 oz.) refrigerated cresent rolls
1 c. cherry pie filling (or any other flavor you like)
Powdered sugar glaze, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and extract together until smooth. Remove rolls from cans. Spread cresent roll out over a 15 inch pan (round or rectangle). Spread cream sheese mixture over dough. Top with pie filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with glaze, if desired. Serve warm.
