2 cups chicken broth
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch

5 eggs, beaten
1½ cups cooked diced pork
½ cup chopped onion
1½ cups bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Sauce: Combine chicken broth and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with ½ cup water, stir into broth, stirring until thickened. Reduce heat to low and keep warm until patties are cooked.

Prepare patties: In a large bowl, combine eggs, pork, onion, and bean sprouts.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Using ½ cup of egg mixture per patty, pour batter into skillet. Cook until brown, about 2 to 3 minutes, flip patties and cook remaining sides until brown, about 2 minutes. Serve hot with warm sauce.
