6 quarts pickles about 3 to 4 inches long
8½ cups of water
2¼ cups white vinegar
½ cup pickling/canning salt
Fresh Dill enough for i head in each jar
garlic enough for one clove in each jar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pickles. Place dill head, a clove of garlic and pickles (packed tightly) in jars. Boil the water, vinegar and saly. Pour into jars, leaving ½ inch of head space. Put jars in water bath with about 2 inches of water above the jars. Bring to a boil. When in a full boil. Turn off and remove jars. Leave pickle for a couple of weeks befor use.
