Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 cup finely shredded sharp cheese
2 scallions chopped
6 slices bacon-cooked and chopped
About 1/2 Everything But the Bagel seasoning blend-Trader Joes*
Bagel chips and/ or crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix well the first 6 ingredients. Blend well.
Form the mixture into a ball-wrap with plastic wrap and chill for an hour.
Once the cheeseball has set, roll it into the Everything But Bagel seasoning blend til coated..
To make your cheeseball resemble a pumpkin, add a real or fake stem to the top. I use a portion of a fat pretzel stick. Then use a chopstick or back of a butter knife to create grooves.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can make your own seasoning blend by combining equal parts dehydrated onion, poppy seeds, sesame seed and garlic flakes. Add Kosher salt and black pepper to taste. I would go easy on the garlic and salt-a bit too much for me! They are fun for Thanksgiving!
