"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Powdered sugar
Lemon wedges (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in 3-4 quart round or oval shallow baking dish. Set in a 425 oven. Meanwhile, in a blender whirl eggs, gradually pour in milk then slowly add flour, continue to whirl for 30 more seconds. (I do this all in a bowl). When butter is melted, remove pan from oven and quickly pour in batter. Return pan to oven and bake 20-25 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. Can use powdered sugar and lemon wedges if you'd like. We like fruit jams, syrup and honey.
