1/2 c butter
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 large eggs
3 medium bananas, very ripe, mashed
1/4 c milk
2 c flour
1 tea baking powder
1 tea baking soda
1/2 tea salt
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease bottom only of one 9" X 5" pan.

1 - In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in bananas, milk and vanilla.
2 - In a second bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Fold in nuts, making sure they are well covered.
3 - Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold together, mixing well. Pour into prepared pan.
4 - Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
5 - Move to cooling rack and cool about 15 minutes. Invert onto rack and cool thoroughly. Stored tightly covered in refrigerator.
