Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Preheat 350º

2½ sticks butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
2¼ cups all purpose flour
¾ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1¼ cup milk chocolate chips
1¼ cup good semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use milk, semi-sweet and white chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, scraping the sides once. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients, then add in batches to the mixer, mining until just combined after each addition. Gently blend in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for the tops of the cookies.

Using a cookie scoop make cookies dot the top of each cookie with 2 or 3 chocolate chips ( I use the white ones). Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are barely done but still soft and chewy. (Don't over-bake)

When cooled I place the cookies on paper towels before packing away as they are very buttery.
