1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Mix and sift dry ingredients
Cream butter sugars and oil
Add Eggs and beat well
Add dry ingredients, mix well.
drop by rounded spoon full on to baking sheet. Then use a glass dipped in usgar to flatten then palce in oven. Bake 10-15 minutes until brown. I usually try for a light golden brown
