6-8 large potatoes
1-2 diced med onions
2 c. shredded chedder cheese
2 c. shredded american cheese
1 c. real mayo
1 lb. bacon [optional]

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on til tender. Remove from skins and chop into chunks. Mix cheeses, mayo & onions. Spread on top of potatoes. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Fry bacon and crumble on top
