40 oz. can of yams
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
marshmallows for topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid and mash yams.
Add ingredients with the yams.
Put the mixture in a lightly greased pan.
Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

When yams are cooked all the way through, put marshmallows on top, return to oven for marshmallows cook golden brown.
