1/3 c crisco shortening
1 c white sugar DIVIDED
1 egg
1 1/2 c sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c milk
6 T butter melted
1 tsp cinnamon


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and egg. Add sifted flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg alternately with the milk.
Stir. Use a tiny muffin cup pan. Spray with a little cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. While baking, mix together the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon, set aside. While still warm roll each muffin in melted butter then immediately roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve warm.
