3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
4 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz. ) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt in saucepan. Add water and 2 c. blueberries. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened and clear. (mixture will be quite thick) Remove from heat & stir in butter and lemon juice. Set aside cool.
Mix milk and softened cream cheese-blend well, may be soupy. Spread this on top of cooled pie shell. Place the other 2 cups of blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer. Put in fridge for 45 mins-1 hour.
Top with the cooked blueberry mixture and chill. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
