Meatballs:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup quick oats
1 egg
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Sauce:
1 1/2 cup catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
3/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together and make into small balls. Place into baking dish.

Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatballs. Cover and Bake at 350º for one hour.

Can double recipe if making for a large group.
