Grandma's Sugar Cookies Recipe

1 c. Crisco
1 3/4 c. Sugar
2 eggs
3 c. Flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugar together, then add eggs one at a time.
Beat well.
Add other ingredients and beat well.
Chill for 1 hour.
Roll out dough on a very lightly floured surface and cut out cookies.

Bake at 375º on a greased cookie sheet for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar or decorate with icing.

*Do not use too much flour when you roll out your cookies, or they will be tough.
