1 pkg no bake cheesecake( I know ... cheating)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 cups whipping cream

Prepare crumbs for crust as per package instructions, place in an 8x8 inch pan, chill 15 minutes in fridge. Then prepare the cheesecake filling a s per package instructions . Chill, about one hour before you want to serve this, or up to two hours before, whip the whipping cream with 3T. sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla until fairly stiff. Before adding some drained pineapple to the whipped cream dot the top of your cheesecake filling with bits of drained pineapple, then you to[p of with whipped cream infused with a little bit of drained pineapple , and finally sprinkle a few bits of drained crushed pineapple over the top.
